Message There is a standard .35mm restrictor on each turbo. Crankcase pressure is probably too high and your getting blow through. There is only a piston ring and gap between there. Your blowing right through the seals. I was on the phone with Garrett for 30mins talking about this situation.

There is either a problem in the inlet ducting, a restriction on the exhaust side, a problem with excess crank case pressure or oil drain. You may want to run a more of a smooth bend on the oil drain but theres quite a few areas to look at for this problem.

install a generic pcv catch can system and see what that does. Im willing to bet that will help. Overall it seems like you have huge amounts of crankcase pressure which means the engine you have is built very well.

Overall the excess crankcase pressure is pushing the oil through the turbo which is the path of least resistance.

If you feel you want the turbos looked at send them to me and I will deal with Garrett and have them inspected but Garrett has told me that this issue with the pressure is a direct result of crankcase. This does not mean that the turbo could be blow but in all likeliness its probably not.

Alex...did you visually inspect the turbo before you reinstalled it?
